Update or create multiple votings.

- Votings (list of voting data objects)

RETURN VALUES

- Result (list of responses)

NOTES
-----
If an entry in the Votings list contains an `id` attribute,
it will be updated, otherwise a new voting will be defined.
The Result field in the response contains a list of errors
and confirmations related to their respective Votings list
entries.
